Amazingly beautiful and comfortable hotel...

Liked: The facilities were beautiful and very comfortable; from the room to the soaps the details were excellent. The hotel staff were kind and wonderful. The location downtown was excellent.
Disliked: -There were children screaming and diving in the pool that kinda ruined the pool/spa experience. But going later at night would avoid this problem. The facility is open until 7:00am-11:00pm. -The hotel experience and food experience felt like completely different worlds. The food experience was not great—the service at the Commodore was poor and the food overall is not great. Grab a drink in the spaces, but eat elsewhere.

Liked: Breakfast was not included. I asked for quiet room and it was. Noise came from the festival a block away so the windows are not sound proof. Might want to take that into consideration during festival season. Hotel itself was quiet, spotless and the staff was wonderful. Location was fantastic.
Disliked: We tried to get onto the 5th floor terrace to relax twice. Both times we were turned away. It was empty so it seems it’s not for guests but for people eating in restaurant ? That was annoying. We didn’t want to eat just enjoy terrace which is on the fifth floor of hotel.
