Liked: It was nice place close to everything breakfast was good
Disliked: Someone split coffee in the elevator when we told the girl at the front desk she say this is not my job it have to wait till housekeeping come in so we are to walk in the spilled coffee one lady just about fell fire Alam when off at 6 am no elevators till 9am had to tack the stair the staff needs to be able to help you if there a problem not say it not my job and you have to wait till some one form that department come in

Location is great but would...

Liked: Breakfast was good, decent selection.Location was great and room was spacious.
Disliked: Check in was an hour late.Arrived before 3 pm check-in and staff said the room would be ready shortly and would text us when ready. Never received the text and when we went back at around 3:20 was told the room still had to be inspected. Did not get the room until 4 pm. Sunday morning at 6:20am the fire alarm went off and woke us up and again at 7:10 am. Was not happy about that. The hotel needs some upgrades.

Poor

Liked: Rooms were well appointed. Clean and spacious.
Disliked: I personally visited the location to ask about adjoining rooms. I was very disappointed to find that they couldn't guarantee 2 of our 3 rooms be connected. I even offered to pay in full a month ahead. Turns out our party of 6 booking 3 rooms were all separate. This was totally unacceptable. I have stayed at Homewood many times and this was absolutely. Y last. There's no reason for me to stay there again.

We had a lovely time...

Liked: We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We both slept in and were not able to make use of the breakfast that was available. We were in St. Jacob's for the market and we were able to take advantage of the full sized refrigerator to store our purchased goods for the night.
Disliked: Unfortunately some of the furniture in our room was quite stained and not very comfortable, that being said the room was clean and had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay.

Short and sweet!

Liked: Position of property for what we wanted to do was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The suite was well equipped!
Disliked: The hotel (and particularly our suite is looking tired and worn- it needs a facelift!

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: Ants. There were ants on the coffee table.

Disliked: Internet wasn't great! Only 2 towels for 3 people.
