Liked: Continental breakfast had different choices each day. Hottel was very clean. Staff was very kind and courteous and available to help at anytime.

Liked: Hannah Rose is AMAZING and should be given a raise/promotion!!! We ran into an issue with booking.com and she took immediate action in accommodating us with a room at a moment’s notice. Although there was a slight increase in price, it was still within our budget. Additionally, the breakfast was the absolute BEST I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely friendly, vigilant, and available. They ensured a replenishment on food running low and continuously asked if anything was needed. Please ensure to give the breakfast staff/cooks that were working on March 24th and 25th praise in their attitude and work ethic.
Disliked: I do not appreciate booking.com setting this hotel up for failure. The third party never informed this hotel of our booking modification. Fortunately, the issue was resolved by Hanna Rose in refunding the money booking.com collected for a no show and cancellation of our reservation. I believe booking.com is required to apologize to this hotel for bad business and am hoping they are credited back for the loss of booking.coms negligence to communicate a modified booking.

Liked: Loved how Clean and comfortable room was. Loved the bed..Bed was firm with a pillowtop. Close to so many fabulous restaurants. Convenient to have a small kitchen.
Disliked: Room 510-Pluses outweighed the minor issues of mention. The shower head has different settings but very difficult to move as it was clearly partially broken. My wife wasn't strong enough to move to a higher setting to wash hair so it took her a while. I could move it but it was too difficult to be operating correctly. A full size or even 5 cup coffee pot would be nice instead of the pod brewer that Brews coffee like weak tea(not a Keurig). I only stayed one night so I did not have time to report the shower issue but would not prevent me from staying again. Also of mention the right side bed lamp bulb was super dim and mostly burnt out.
