Disliked: Issues with closed captioning on tv and ice maker that made noise all night. Both issues were reported but was promptly given attitude they were understaffed

Liked: The location is really nice - close to downtown but not too close, right next to the centennial park. The room was spacious and clean, overall the amenities were really good.
Disliked: The hotel overcharged us by $600 for a two-night stay in two rooms. We booked both rooms through booking.com but when we got to the hotel, the receptionist told us that he can only see one room. He was very unapologetic and quite condescending, telling us "I'll see what I can do". He refused to even look at our booking, instead he was starting at his screen for about 10 minutes without acknowledging us and ended up saying that he found an extra room. He finished with "next time you should check your booking", even though we tried to show him exactly that so he can see this was clearly not our fault. He asked how many keys we want, we said three for each room, he gave us two and off we went. One of the most disappointing welcome in any hotel I've ever been to.The real surprise, however, was to find once we got back home, that the hotel overcharged us by $600. I wrote them several times but they ghosted me. I involved the customer service of booking.com, who - after looking at my bank statements making sure I was right - informed me that they initiated the refund, which can take up to 30 days. That has passed, and when I messaged customer service again, I just got an automated message requesting my bank statements again. We got ripped off by $600, we've been waiting for over a month to get it back, and neither the hotel, nor booking.com seems to be willing and able to resolve the issue.Beware that if you stay here, your actual stay might be pleasant (depending on who's at the reception desk when you arrive), but you might get ripped off and it will be very difficult to get your money back, if at all possible.

Liked: I like how close it was to my Cancer Dr.
Disliked: The attitude of the woman who checked us in! I have never been talked to so rudely by a Hilton employee! She had no patience or cared to be helpful!

Uncomfortable and disappointing.
Liked: Not much, the shuttle service lied about the times they were available. We ended up using uber.
Disliked: The beds are uncomfortable, the front desk clerk answered calls while checking us in, forgot about that we were Hilton honors members , didn't give us the HHM welcome bag, had to ask about it. The breakfast was variable and was cold.

Will never stay there again
Disliked: you have to pay for parking, we were having issues with the elevator ￼ as well as the light and fan did not work above the bed, there was a couple of people at the front desk that didn’t seem to care, and one of the two had a bad attitude ￼
