Disliked: We were charged $13 for parking even though it said free parking on our booking.

Convenient for a Durham/Chapel Hill...

Liked: Comfortable and spacious suite close to highway located between Durham and Chapel Hill. Nice breakfast with hot options
Disliked: Needed some updates. Didn’t feel like a Hilton facility. Bathroom very slick and slippery - dangerous Expensive - pool not open

Liked: This hotel perfectly suited our needs and the staff went above and beyond. The circumstance of our trip was emotionally challenging and we all really appreciated the kindness from every one of the staff members, including the housekeeping staff.
Disliked: More fruit options for breakfast would have been nice.

Liked: The room was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet is very low. I’m not sure how an elderly person would manage to get on and off. A bigger bath tub would be nice. The tap was leaking in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils hadn’t been washed properly.

Liked: Did t eat breakfast as there wasn’t much variety for the hot foods. Not much counter space for a family of 3. We did like the suite style…separate living room/bedroom and full fridge.
Disliked: Beds were small, my husband is 6’5 so we barely fit. Shower head was coming detached from wall. Toilet is super small and shallow.
