Stayed for two nights as I was attending a performance in the area. Very happy with this hotel - large room with the bedroom separate from the full kitchen, living room. Large bathroom but shower only, no tub (not an issue for me). Hot breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn't beat the nightly price. Central location is perfect, what I couldn't walk to, I was able to Lyft. I chose to use SpotHero for parking (2 blocks from the hotel) as I thought the valet option was a bit pricey. Will definitely stay here again if need to be in the area.

Liked: Clean, large, comfortable room. Separate bedroom with full kitchen/living room area a major bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was good.
Disliked: The valet parking is a bit pricey.

Liked: Location, generous and varied breakfasts, updated rooms, room size and kitchenette, free afternoon cookies, lobby beverage station.
Disliked: The staff failing to correctly inform me when I called that the pool, hot tub and fitness center would not be available during my stay, and then refusing to acknowledge my experience that that is what I was told and refusing to offer any discount.

Disliked: The staff were wholly inefficient. I requested early check in and was forced to check in late (long after official check in) by staff on site, causing me to be late for a meeting. Arrived to a suite with no cutlery, or means of washing dishes (dishwasher was broken and they did not bring me a sponge until the last day of my stay, despite multiple requests). The cleaning staff only came one day out of the seven, despite requests (and being assured they were on their way multiple times), and my trash was never taken out. The chairs had been removed from the unit, so I had to stand for long Zoom meetings. The heating made an incredibly loud noise when it went on and off. Prior to this stay I have only once before complained about a hotel room/suite and was immediately assisted. I had so many complaints, half of which were unaddressed, that I did not even bother reporting the toilet paper holder that broke out of the wall, the faulty outlets, or the shower faucet handle dangling by its final screw. The only person who seemed interested to work there and actually cared about his job, was the maintenance worker, who brought the second set of chairs, after the wrong ones had finally been delivered.
