Liked: The room was huge; any amenities you needed. Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good too.

Check in and out was quick and easy. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking.

Disliked: I had absolutely no low points.

A very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Liked: Since we were just spending one night, the location was perfect for us. The studio was very comfortable and had many amenities. We were pleased to find a clean, efficient laundry room.

Disappointing

Liked: Location , free parking , generally clean rooms.
Disliked: Last time we stayed was 4 years back (Aug 2021) and the staff and manager were extremely friendly and always willing to help. This time around we found the staff very impersonal and cold. Room cleaning is now every other day . Request to clean the room the next day of our arrival was ignored - saying not guaranteed. However, on the day of our cleaning, the staff left a note saying there was pet/personal belongings and hence they did not clean. We had no pets. If this is a policy then the policy should be clearly communicated at Check in. So effectively while we stayed 5 nights (17May -21 May) , the room actually was never cleaned in between. Either you are short staffed, or your staff has found a way to reduce workload - either ways not fair to paying customers. Finally, we found rotten apples (multiple) in the fruit basket for breakfast. Quality control is clearly not a priority.

Great Experidnce away from home

Liked: Location, atmosphere, pet friendly and great room size. Every room is equipped with a small kitchen, all you need in a kitchen, a full size fridge and dishwasher. We enjoyed it very much. It was a clean cut kitchen which was very convenient. We had our fury baby with us and we couldn’t ask for more
Disliked: Housekeeping, the cleaning is every other day which is ok. But they missed it once and I had to report it. They came the following day. We stayed there for 5 days and we had our room cleaned only once. We were short of towels and our garbage cans were full. We had to request for towels constantly.

Disliked: The sheets didn't fit the bed.
