I had a nice stay,
Liked: I liked the size and comfort of the room itself.
Disliked: The front desk person was not very pleasant when checking in.

It could have been better...
Liked: I booked with special extras and was told that it would be accommodated. I confirmed with front desk before arriving and it was confirmed. When I arrived late that night, front desk agent confirmed my extras was there but I had to be out in a wait list for my special extras.
Disliked: I arrived in the room and the pillowcase in the bed seem to have a dark smudge and I told front desk and they did nothing about it . There was a roach on the floor when I pulled out the sofa bed for my children . Housekeeping acted as if it was ok
