Great for family with pets

Liked: The location was great. Off the 95 with great shopping not far from the hotel. The room was huge. I got the 2-room suite perfect for a family of 4 with a dog as well. Lots of privacy.
Disliked: The fee for pets was a bit too high considering paying almost 400$ for a room per night. The bed frame was partially out from under the king bed. The breakfast could have been a little more. In other locations like Canada, the breakfast is absolutely great. A wider variety!

Liked: It’s a beautiful property. I enjoyed the room I was able to stay at.
Disliked: I wasn’t able to sleep well, the pillows were not comfortable and the bed linen wasn’t secure on the mattress so I had to constantly fit on the mattress.

Disliked: The prepaid and left early non refundable

Disliked: As soon as you walk in you expect to be at least greeted. None of the employees have a name tag from what I saw. The first person that in the front desk that had cornrow braids (unfortunately the only way I can describe her as she didn’t have a name tag or greeted me with her name) was extremely rude. This is the face of your hotel when people walk in, at least a smile would have sufficed. I went there to check out. She told me to hold on and proceeded to text on her phone for about 2-3 minutes while I was waiting. And then I had to say thank you to her and not the other way around. She just said you’re done. The other guy in the night shift was not any better. They need to work on customer service. I went across to the other hotel springhill right next to us to see a friend and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. It was a stark difference. Also, the room was not very clean. It had an awful smell and the bathtub was all black. I was not pleased at all with my stay. Not what I expected from a Hilton. And I wish I could say if I paid a cheaper amount for it then it’s you get what you pay for but that is definitely not the case.
