Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Comfortable.

Liked: Coffee should be stronger. Food was varied and plentiful. Bed was not made up nor towels replaced after the first night of stay. Was unaware there was a $45 parking fee per day; should be included in nightly rate. Property allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated. Temps were in triple digits but pool was unavailable for use. Really appreciated the full kitchen. Loved the availability of the free shuttle to get to and from Metro. Should have a reference guide/book in the run with hotel info and places to eat/shop, etc in the area. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer nor more helpful. This really sets a tone for a stay.

The hotel and it's many...

Liked: Love the kitchen with dishes provided. Really made the stay easy. Loved the shuttle. Saved tons of money on Uber. Love the breakfast bar and access to water and coffee 24 hours.
Disliked: Housekeeping neglected to provide enough toiletries after replacing those used in room. Had to call for hand soap towels and toilet paper.

Liked: Nice location. Friendly staff
Disliked: The air conditioner in my room did not work which made for a very uncomfortable stay. I was not made aware that I would have to pay for parking on site when booking.

Liked: I liked the shuttle. The driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel staff were also helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was boring. The TV frequently stopped working. The room I selected online was not available when I arrived.

Great stay

Liked: Clean and super friendly staff. As usual Jasmine and her front desk staff were awesome and so helpful. There is breakfast in the morning if you want it. They have a shuttle bus and washing machines in the 3rd floor. Gym in the 2nd floor. They are right next to union square which has so many different restaurants to eat at, at all different price points . Trader Joe’s and Starbucks 5 minutes away. Train station is 10 minutes walk.
