Clean room; great set-up; very new; helpful staff were very professional and friendly.

Liked: It was centrally located and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was only 1 washing machine and a dryer which got spoiled during my stay. Thankfully the front seat offered to dry my clothes using the hotels machine. Hotel should have had more laundry machines.

Overpriced hotel with average breakfast...

Liked: I stayed seven nights in a queen studio in early Dec 2024. Overall I found the stay was not value for money. Pro and Cons are detailed below.Pro:> Prompt service from the hotel staff> All staff including in the breakfast area are very friendly (Tonia was especially helpful)> Good location -- close to supermarket, convention centre, and tourist attractions> Useful multiport charger with wireless charging pod> Big smart TV> The hotel helped to keep the luggage after check out..without any issue> Good view from 1012 room (10th floor)> I have not used but had a mini kitchen facility with a fridge, micro-oven, and some utensils
Disliked: Cons:> The hotel room quality, amenities, and breakfast menu are not value for the money that the hotel charged for the stay> Over the seven days the breakfast menu was almost the same with minimal variations and options.> Blanket and linen were very ordinary..and not as par of other Hilton hotels or Homewood suites by Hilton branches in USA as per my experience (e.g., worse than Chicago hotel)> Room is not well maintained (see picture of distress cot).> Despite daily housekeeping service, the room was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust near the windows and heater.> The bathroom quality is very ordinary and not worth the price. There is no option to control the shower speed.> Room carpet seemed not properly cleaned> Room furniture was not properly cleaned> Overall the hotel building and room furniture were old and not as par the price that the hotel charged

Liked: The neighborhood was great, close to stores and easy access for transportation. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and hot.
