They gave me a quiet...

Liked: They gave me a quiet room which I requested when I booked. Layout of the room and functionality. Breakfast: the service, selection, always coffee. Quiet hotel. Incredible location.
Disliked: Only one elevator working for so many floors. The second elevator seemed reserved for use by maintenance staff.

we came for some sightseeing...

Liked: breakfast was very good because of the variety. The bed sheets were crazy because they kept coming apart. It looked like a time bomb went off when we got up in the morning Location was great. We did a lot of walking!!!
Disliked: the toilet!!! we prefer the taller ones

My stay was very pleasant....

Liked: I love the size and space of the room and definately the kitchen facilities. The front desk personnel were always very helpful. It was also good to see Ernest who was very helpful to us when we first visited your hotel a few years ago.

Liked: The location, the Valet parking workers are amazing. I wish I could have tipped them more.
