Served my purposes

Liked: Very close to Nationals Park for the concert I attended - easy walking distance. I have multiple food allergies, so I appreciated the kitchenette.
Disliked: There was no one at the front desk when I arrived at 8pm. I had to wait for over 20 minutes and there was no way to call/alert anyone. The valet parking was at the curb on the street and dangerous getting to with traffic. The morning that I left, I waited over an hour for the valet service to retrieve my car. With only 2 attendants working, it took quite a while to fetch everyone’s car. There was supposedly an app, but it wasn’t working, only no one told the people waiting. Instead a line formed and the people would just show attendants their number. The people who had been waiting the longest were patiently waiting on the app to alert them and but the people in line got taken care of first before they realized what was happening

Liked: Everything liked everything it was close to the stadium i did not have to walk much to get to it and restaurants were close by.

Everything about our stay was...

Liked: We loved the location of the property! Just up the street is the main gate to Nationals Stadium. It was within short walking distance. Staff were absolutely fabulous. Especially loved Debbie, the front desk associate!
Disliked: My one and only complaint is that the AC in our room never reached the desired temperature. The heat outside was brutal but even after keeping our blackout curtains shut the room never felt cool enough. After arriving back to our room after our concert we were too exhausted to request a different room or to have the AC looked at. I’m glad I travel with a small fan and thankfully our room had a ceiling fan.

No house keeping daily. Lobby...

Disliked: No house keeping daily. Lobby was loud. There is only one staff on Friday evening which is not reasonable. Overall, the price is not worth at all.

It's not worth the money!

Liked: Cherokee, the young lady who greeted us, was very professional and friendly. Our train was delayed and we arrived after 1:00 am. Our arrival time didn't matter to Cherokee she was very pleasant and answered all our questions with patience and with a smile.
Disliked: I didn't like that the TV in the living room did not work. Also, while I was ironing the outfit I was going to wear the next day, all the power went out in the living room. Not to mention upon my returning to my suite after having a great day, my suite was not cleaned. When I went to tell someone at the front desk that my suite was not cleaned, I was told by the young lady (not Cherokee, she was not working) that Hilton's policy is to clean the room every other day. It is absurd that Homewood Suites is charging over $350 a night, and I can't get my room cleaned. My bed was not made, and the bathroom was not cleaned. I won't be coming back, and I will not recommend it to my family and friends.

Liked: The staff were really nice and I love the location. The room was really spacious. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus
Disliked: They didn't have many breakfast options. What they had was really good though.
