Worst experience I have ever...

Liked: Breakfast was okay on Saturday. What we were served on Sunday was less than satisfactory.
Disliked: The room was too noisey. The fire alarm went off Sunday morning due to someone toasting their bread. The toaster should not be near the fire alarm. How dumb can you be?? I was getting dressed to leave and one of the housekeeping staff came in behind my husband and I was coming out of the bathroom in my underwear. She was trying to collect the sheets before we checked out. Like we were holding them up from washing the sheets. That was the third time someone had came to the door and we told the first person that we leaving at 11:00am. This was the worse experience I have ever had at an hotel I want a refund this was embarrassing to have someone walk in on you in your underwear and then ask if I wanted her to come back. What do you think What an airhead she was!!! I will never book for this hotel again. Never!!!

Disliked: When I arrived they sent me to a room someone was already staying that was filthyTheir was no game room for my kids as advertised Hot tub was out of order entire stayNo pool towels Sofa bed very uncomfortable felt live sleeping on a metal chainDusty on top of fridge, Key cards seem to deactivate everyday had to return to front desk for new keys

Liked: breakfast was awesome and the staff was so friendly and amazing

Liked: Breakfast was not great. Dried, dehydrated breakfast patties and not a great selection of food. Coffee was awful, maybe too light.
Disliked: The room was really cold but I was here for a funeral and did not want to interact much to complain about heat.

Horrible

Disliked: They didn’t refund me back my security deposit and said that they didn’t have a record of me staying there.
