Liked: Facilities were fine.
Disliked: I did not get the 1 bedroom suite I paid for. I needed it for 3 days, but was told it wasn’t available upon check in. I had to make other arrangements, which cost extra. I was comped a night, so was satisfied with the outcome.

Liked: The staff was amazing. They accommodated our needs and made sure we were treated great during our stay.
Disliked: The nearest store is about 10 to 20 mins away, and traffic is horrible all day and evening

Almost perfect

Liked: Parking was easy to navigate, staff was friendly and attentive even when busy, modern and clean facilities.
Disliked: The signs to get there were a little confusing, giving the many hotels in the area. Hot water needs to be increased for the showers. Mine was lukewarm at best.

Great facility, good staff and...

Liked: I loved the suit. It was definitely worth the price for my families comfort. Everything worked wonderfully. The staff was great. I truly appreciated the security as well. Closed gate and room key access to get in the hotel from the garage made me feel more comfortable going to and from my car. The hot breakfast was also appreciated.
Disliked: The shower head was uncomfortable to bath my little ones.
