Disliked: Outdated, wasn’t the cleanest room and several items in the room made noises and needed some maintenance work on them.

Great stay with lovely customer...

Liked: Check in manager/suoervisor was exceptional, fantastic guest care. Room was very clean and spacious and staff were fantastic at assisting when needed.
Disliked: No restaurant on site and shops were not walkable.. however this was not a reflection on the hotel at all.. just an observation for others booking.

I really enjoyed it and...

Liked: Ths suite was very nice. I loved how we had it and had our own little kitchen and a living room to hang out in while the kids slept. The beds were big and comfortable and the entire suite had lots of space
Disliked: Not able to book parking through booking.com

Liked: We arrived at the Hotel after our flight had landed and staff were unable to find our booking. It was 12:30 a.m. and they wanted us to pay another $210 for our room. We were unable to get ahold of anyone at booking.com and were forced to stay at a different hotel.
