Liked: Good selection at breakfast Good to have a shuttle to collect us from the airport. However, a little vague as to which vehicle colour / type. Staff all very friendly
Disliked: Fresh strawberries or raspberries Quite noisy on arrival. Party in the lounge area.

Great place for the large...

Liked: Incredible staff, very clean room with great set up for a family. Sofa bed had sheets, blankets and pillows ready to go. Breakfast staff and spread was incredible and had everything needed for a family of 7. Nice large dining facility with tables for plenty of people and family sized table. Great suite for the value
Disliked: Parking was limited, especially for a large van but we did get in a bit later than planned.

Liked: great experience, check in was smooth and well explained, room was clean and pretty well maintained. The breakfast was great and the service was super friendly and pleasant. Food stock was well maintained. We look forward to returning to this hotel again.
Disliked: I don't have anything to complain about. Prices were in line with competition, perhaps even lower than those around.

Nice home away from home.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the location useful, and the room layout practical.
Disliked: The room was definitely dated and in need of a makeover. The rooms are separated from the main building, requiring you to walk outside to get to breakfast. That is fine in summer, but I grew up in Syracuse winters.
