EXCELLENT!!

Liked: The room was beautiful, and the bed was very very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, but the has browns were exceptional. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: We didn't like that the buildings with the rooms were not attached to the main lobby, We found it strange that we had to go outside to get to the main lobby for breakfast in the morning? It was just a short walk but if it was really cold you definitely wanted to go to breakfast dressed and not in your PJ's. LOL

Liked: Check in was quick, staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The use of the texting service was great and when we needed something for the room, they were responsive and friendly. Though under construction, the access to our room was not hindered and there was no noise. We will definitely go back! Thank you for making our first trip to Syracuse, a success!

Liked: The property was exceptionally nice. Spacious, clean, quiet (for the most part), and comfortable.
Disliked: It was unfortunate that the main building was attached to the rest of the building so you don’t have Togo out in the rain or snow to get the dinning hall. Also would be nice to have a turkey sausage option for breakfast as everyone doesn’t like/eat pork sausage.

Disliked: While I appreciate pet-friendly facilities and have used them with my dogs, I think you should keep some rooms cat-free. I am allergic to cats (as is at least 10% of the population) and I knew right away that a cat had been in that room.

Disliked: I may have read it wrong but the pool was supposed to be inside

Disliked: It needs some up grades. Everything was a little outdated , and the staff tried to come to the room before checkout it was a little scary to my family.
