Comfortable stay in a calm...

Liked: It’s central but secluded location provided a quite getaway after a 9 hour convention & vending stretch. The room was clean, inviting & having a full size fridge was fabulous so we weren’t playing bottle+ food Tetris.

Decent but lacked quality for...

Liked: The staff was kind and helpful but it did feel they were short on staff.
Disliked: The beds were rather uncomfortable and the rooms felt old in term of quality and cleanliness (i.e. furniture had some stains, carpet felt almost sticky under our feet, no usb outlets or other amenities I would expect in a Hilton suite). There was also some rather rude guest behavior in the pool area.

Liked: Location was convenient for our one night stop over during a roadtrip from PA to MA.This hotel had the highest reviews compared to others with vacancy in the area.
Disliked: The staff was friendly but clearly stressed and overwhelmed at the volume of people checking in/out and purchasing snacks. The facilities were worn and not well maintained. There was 1 maintenance person we saw who seemed to be overworked and pulled in different directions also.The room was dark, worn, outdated, and filthy! My white socks were black from just a few hours walking around in the hotel room. I couldn't put my 10mo old twins on the floor to play as there were broken tiles, the carpet was very dirty and the entire floor was sticky.In one of the bathrooms there was urine and feces splattered on the door. The showers were dirty. The second bathroom toilet was clogged when we arrived.( Room 221) The microwave had containers left by previous occupants. The refrigerator shelves were broken. The cabinets were in disrepair and had only 3 dishes and 3 mugs. (This suite had 2 double beds, 1 queen and a pullout sofa)The beds were also overused as they were extremely soft and uncomfortable. My 6yr old and 8yr old were the only two who slept well. The sounds from water running and facuets turing on and off were very disruptive during the night.When asked if we could speak to the manager regarding the Hilton Suite Assurance Guarantee, we were told no one from management would be in until later in the afternoon. We were offered a business card only.As Hilton Honors members we have stayed in numerous Hilton facilities and I can honestly say, we will never stay at this hotel again, and I do NOT recommend it to anyone, especially with young children!I included some photos

Expensive one night stay

Liked: Great location. We didn't have breakfast. Very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed one night so quite expensive.
Disliked: The cost. And the bathrooms were slightly grungy.
