stayed at a Sheraton was...

Liked: staff was very nice
Disliked: hallway and room was very stuffy and no fresh air. i did not like seeing "CDC recommends masking and that your hotel encourages it" on our confirmation. i called hotel to make sure this was not correct. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONFIRMATION DELETING ALL THAT ABOUT MASKS...AS WE ALL KNOW THEY DO NOT WORK. NOR WILL I SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT ENCOURAGES MASK WEARING. Towels were old, floor in bathroom was not cleaned behind door.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect for our family. The swimming pool water was a bit murky though. My 16 year old was bummed that the workout room was only for 18 year olds and older.

Wonderful stay!!

Liked: Staff were so courteous and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean. Room clean and amazing with all amenities. The beds are super soft and comfortable. My favorite was the bathroom with the double shower heads where you can change the pressure. After all the stress of the storms and no power, an extremely hot shot was the icing on the cake. Close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to Syberg's. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Our dresser drawers would not stay close. We had to prop our suitcase against it to keep it closed.
