Stay was nice and staff...

Liked: Amazing size, comfort, & cleanliness
Disliked: Temperature control was an issue. Heat took extremely long to come up. I also didnt like the sink was outside the bathroom, which means in the middle of night when using the bathroom, had to turn on light to use sink to was my hands and the bed was directly adjacent to the bathroom disturbing my partner. Although the place was very nice, I also felt it was a bit over-priced. But i really wanted to see the place, but the value just wasnt worth it.

Exceptional

Liked: It was pretty standard hotel fare. Plentiful and good variety of choices. Good and vibrant staff greeting in the morning. A dancing "chef" as he brought out food was fun.
Disliked: It's just the nature of the property, but all the odd numbered rooms face an interstate off ramp. Noise was no problem, but the room views on that side are less than stellar unless you are a car buff.

NEVER USE BOOKING.CO.

Disliked: ITS NOT THE PROPERTY I had trouble with. It was BOOKING.COM. Booking.com screwed up my Reservation. If I hadn't checked with the hotel itself, I would not have been able to stay there.

Liked: breakfast was ok
Disliked: we experienced bed bugs. Soo much of them. My wife got over 50 bed bug bites on her back alone. She also got them on her arms and her legs. We went to urgent care and they confirmed that it was beg bugs. I spoke to the manager and she said that their hotel doesn't have any bed bugs. That's ridiculous. How does she know! We had to spend money out of our pocket for urgent care and medicine and my wife has gone through a lot of pain and crazy itching on her entire back. It is still going on after many days. This is absolutely ridiculous!! The manager said that they switch the outside and inside sheets of all their beds in every single room every single day. That is such a lie! We don't see any of the maids switching out all the sheets to all their rooms. I know that none of the hotels do that. That was a lie! She was just trying to get out of it. I am appalled!! By the time we left, I ended up with some bed bug bites on my both of my legs, right arm and my right side of my back. horrible!

Liked: Nice rooms, good breakfast, good location.
Disliked: One side of the building is right above the highway traffic and you can hear it. Rooms With even numbers.
