Exceptional

Liked: It was clean and everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. I was at another Hilton the night beforehand and there was a huge difference in how the bed felt.

Expensive as could not use...

Liked: Well equipped, modern hotel. Walking distance from historic centre. Good breakfast by US standards.
Disliked: We had particularly chosen this hotel for the pool but we found another guest forcing her dogs to swim in the pool so we could not use it. Staff eventually took action but as far as i could see, no action was taken to evict the guest or ban her from other Hiltons.Parking charge.

Our stay exceeded our expectation.

Liked: Almost everything.
Disliked: Breakfast coffee could be warmer.

Liked: personnel- all friendly and helpful. Suite very good
Disliked: Breakfast poor.Examples-yoghurt -only one taste ( peach). Not everyone likes this. Better other tastes or only plain simple yoghurt. The breakfast food items poor eg eggs (no fresh I think). Other warm items unattractive. cleaning of room not 100%. On arrival dust on bathroom shelves.No bar-pity-we went to neighbour hotel for this

Liked: Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Liked: The building is new. The employees were amazing, from the valet to the front desk and housekeepers. We came for a wedding and the staff did their best to keep our groups together.
Disliked: Unfortunately, it wasn't their fault. There was some confusing construction happening near the entrenched. I understand that this is not an issue they can help.
