Liked: Breakfast was good. Had a wide verity of food.
Disliked: I couldn’t close the black out shades on the window.

Wished we could of stayed...

Liked: When I travel with my grandkids, safety is my first concern. We felt very safe here. The rooms and facilities were all very clean. While swimming in the indoor pool a man made it a point to bring us some larger pool towels, that were warmed. The breakfast in the morning had a variety of foods available.
Disliked: The only negative I could think of is there was only a stove top to cook on and not an oven.

Liked: The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The outdoor activities were cool. My son loved the basketball court.
Disliked: Our room smelled of dog urine. I went to the front desk and she told me she would leave a note for the maintenance team in the morning. I was checking out the next morning so that didn’t at all help me. I ran into one of the maintenance guys who told me he was really busy and go to the front desk, I explained I already did. He was unclogging a toilet and said he had other things to attend to. Then while outside sitting next to the fire they had going, we seen him get into his car and leave. He seen us and rolled down the window and told us sorry my time is up at 11, and I’m over my time then he drove off. They didn’t offer us any type of compensation or to move us to a different room. Thank God we checked in late and didn’t have to stay longer than 1 night

Liked: Property was clean & modern. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities very nice. Big screen tv was nice and furniture comfortable. Parking was convenient and location was good for my family gathering.
Disliked: There were a few things that need improvement. There were two people staying in my room, but it seemed that certain things were setup for only one. Only one “to go” cup. Only one teabag, but not a regular black teabag. Only two creamers. Could have used more towels. The elevator location a bit far for someone with disabilities. However, I could have called the front desk to rectify some of these issues.
