Lots of potential, handle the...

Liked: I liked the 24 hr kitchen area I was able to get tea & coffee
Disliked: There was a strong scent of roach spray in the room (we then later saw a big roach on the wall in the living room area of our suite) upon arrival & a very annoying long beeping sound in the bathroom but it was loud enough to hear it from the front door & bed. When I went to the front desk right after going into the room to ask if they could switch us because we smelled a very stronggg scent of roach spray & the beeping was pretty annoying, there were no other rooms available. I got up around 5 a.m to get water from the fridge & there was an adult sized roach crawling hp the wall. We had to shake all of our belongings & leave. Also the pool water was very cloudy after a large group got out so we didn’t get in.

Disliked: The rooms were over charged and out dated the ceiling was dirty and seemed to be taped up the beds were hard and itchy and the vents were broken up furniture scraped and raggedy and not to mention the room came with a stove but the room had no pots also the pool and hot tub water was dirty and cloudy nasty and they refused to clean the pool the next day

Disliked: Elevator near our rooms was operating intermittently making us walk the full length of the hotel to get to the 2nd elevator then walk the full length again to get to our rooms and/or lobby. We are seniors traveling with a 92 year old mother and the elevator situation made this trip a terrible experience. I had requested 1st floor rooms but none were available so we accepted rooms not knowing we were near the problematic elevator. We were not told there were issues with this elevator. Communication was poor. No signs or messages indicating a problem. The elevator was out of service off and on for the entire 3 day stay.
