Liked: Jacuzzi suite and room location were fantastic. Away from the pool and elevators. No one above us!
Disliked: Button on the Jacuzzi was broken but we got it to work. The curtain in the bedroom was torn but not terrible. Lighting in the bathroom underwhelming. Bed pretty hard.

Liked: Great communication, the breakfast was good and the suite was excellent
Disliked: The hotel was marvelous

Liked: The room was nice the breakfast was amazing the lady working did a good job accommodating after booking.com messed up my reservation
Disliked: We got the king hot tub sweet but the hot tub didn't work so we had a hot bath

Disliked: My room was 57 degrees and didn’t warm up till 7:30 am it took all night to get warm I couldn’t sleep at all

Disliked: My husband lost his foot in a farming accident at 3yrs of age and is now 57 with prosthetic most of his life. We did a lot of walking on Saturday, and the next morning could not put prosthetics on because too painful. Went down without and can't put other shoe on because 3 inch lift so just socks and emplyee made him leave because no shoes. He told her it hurt too much and didn't care. Excuse was could be glass but kids running around hotel in suits and no shoes and glass can be anywhere. Just a little discrimination going on for disabled.
