I would stay there again.
Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Hot and tasty!

Although I was first given...
Liked: Terry was great and really went above and beyond. Definitely will stay at Homewood Suites, Shreveport. Terry was professional and courteous and friendly. He called the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we returned our care he was very accommodating
Disliked: I don't like rooms by the exit door.

Excellent hotel for families
Liked: Excellent choice for families: the two-room suite includes 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen, so it would also be suitable with an infant. We appreciated the spaciousness and the comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was nice as well, but we would have expected more healthy options. The pool is great - our kids loved the many toys.
Disliked: There was a very noisy device in one room that couldn't be switched off.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The breakfast choices were great. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The common areas and room were clean. Definitely will stay again and hope that it stays this nice.
Disliked: The only con was that we had to ask for a pillow and blanket for the sofa pull out bed. Most hotels have it already in the room, in the closet or dresser drawer.
