We definitely coming back here....

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was safe, quiet, and clean. Our room was spotless and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was cold when we went there.

Convenient and Clean, but Bad...

Liked: Good facilities, convenient location.
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. They charged my card on Booking.com and the card I provided upon check-in, said both were declined (surprise, no they weren’t, every charge went through), and charged a third card I provided so I could get into my room after being there for 40 minutes. They charged me a random amount upon check-in, another card the remaining amount, and when I asked about it they had no idea why it was split that way (but did acknowledge that it was done and I didn’t owe anything). Upon checkout, they then charged my initial card the remaining amount, again. To top it off, they also have tried charging my credit card $1350 every day for the past four days (my total for the room was $705?). When I called about this, their response was that they have refunded all the charges/they weren’t actual charges and they would have talks with the staff. Which is great, but until that happens I’m out over $1000. There was also a fire alarm the first night we were there (not their fault) in the middle of the night, but they didn’t organize/communicate with us AT ALL about the fire. We had to go to the front desk to ask what was happening. Just a bad experience start to finish and probably will not go back.

Comfortable suites in Seattle area

Liked: Room was large and clean. Receptionist at check in was very friendly and helpful, providing coupons for restaurant across the street.
Disliked: Very small self-service laundry which was often overcrowded with people waiting to wash their clothes. Also, if you look at Google maps, it appears that this hotel is near restaurants and shopping. However, there is no crosswalk or stoplight to cross the very, very busy street, and in the rain (which seems like 80% of the time in the Seattle area), it really isn't convenient to walk to anything. So we had to get in our car to drive literally 100 feet to the pub/restaurant on the other side of the street. Target is next door, but again, it is uphill and in the rain you can't really walk to it. Same for the coffee place down the street on the other side. Just be prepared to drive if you need to leave the hotel.

I would not stay here...
