Close to the venue we were going to. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. A complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. We would definitely book again.

Liked: The suite was spacious, very clean and had a nice view. Breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: None really.

50-50 if I would stay here again; only super positive was that it was a short walk to the venue. Safe parking but they charge you $37 which is just ridiculous.

Liked: Nice staff; check in was great.
Disliked: The room was stuffy and I could never get it to cool down. Only one TV worked properly.

We stayed here for three nights for the Folklife Festival. The 6-block walk straight up Thomas to Warren's Roadhouse wasn't much farther away from the Seattle Center than we usually have to park. We appreciated the covered, keyed underground parking as we have had our car broken into in the open paid lots previous years. We were notified of the $15 fee at check-in and appreciated permission to leave the car there until 6 pm on the day we checked out. The cleaning, desk, and kitchen staff are friendly, helpful, and look like they enjoy their work. The hot breakfast has lots of protein - eggs, meat - and also fresh fruit as well as the usual cereal, juice, and bread product choices. It changes slightly each day so if you are staying multiple days there is a little variety in the buffet items. The kitchen is minimally equipped with pots and pans and dishes, but simple stove-top meals or microwave meals can easily be prepared by ONE person. Bring your own knife if you need to do any slicing or chopping, though! Safeway is within 6 blocks... For the price of a bed at a hostel (if 5 people split the costs) you can have lots more amenities. This place is a a good value.

Liked: Roomy, clean, comfortable.
Disliked: If you close the bedroom door, it's uncomfortably stuffy for guests sleeping on the hideabed in the living room area.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic spot about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions around the space needle. Great views if you pick the bay side, nice wide windows to just watch the sunrise and sunset on the bay.

Great- would stay there again

Liked: Breakfast good
Disliked: Hated the TV situation! Could not ever figure it out. Can't we have just plain old channels? And it kept reverting back to the home screen and had to start all over several times. Seemed unnecessarily complicated when I just wanted a bit of news etc.

Fair - 2.5 out of 5

Leslie Tue, 8 April 2025

I enjoyed my visit ....

Liked: Location was good.front desk was pleasant. However housecleaning could have been better. It’s like they don’t take pride in their work. Upon checking into our room. The bed linen was not changed. I guess they forgot to clean the bed. Front desk gave us another room. On the second day house cleaning changed our linen and made our bed but didn’t vacuum or clean the kitchen area.
