Close to the venue we were going to. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. A complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. We would definitely book again.

Liked: The suite was spacious, very clean and had a nice view. Breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: None really.

50-50 if I would stay here again; only super positive was that it was a short walk to the venue. Safe parking but they charge you $37 which is just ridiculous.

Liked: Nice staff; check in was great.
Disliked: The room was stuffy and I could never get it to cool down. Only one TV worked properly.

We stayed here for three nights for the Folklife Festival. The 6-block walk straight up Thomas to Warren's Roadhouse wasn't much farther away from the Seattle Center than we usually have to park. We appreciated the covered, keyed underground parking as we have had our car broken into in the open paid lots previous years. We were notified of the $15 fee at check-in and appreciated permission to leave the car there until 6 pm on the day we checked out. The cleaning, desk, and kitchen staff are friendly, helpful, and look like they enjoy their work. The hot breakfast has lots of protein - eggs, meat - and also fresh fruit as well as the usual cereal, juice, and bread product choices. It changes slightly each day so if you are staying multiple days there is a little variety in the buffet items. The kitchen is minimally equipped with pots and pans and dishes, but simple stove-top meals or microwave meals can easily be prepared by ONE person. Bring your own knife if you need to do any slicing or chopping, though! Safeway is within 6 blocks... For the price of a bed at a hostel (if 5 people split the costs) you can have lots more amenities. This place is a a good value.

Liked: Roomy, clean, comfortable.
Disliked: If you close the bedroom door, it's uncomfortably stuffy for guests sleeping on the hideabed in the living room area.

Disliked: When we checked in we were double charged for our room. It happened to 3 of our group. We had our receipts showing we paid in March and girl at front desk was rude and it was a hassle trying to get our account credited. Your records were not in sync

I would maybe stay again.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast included was yummy. Hot breakfast with many different options.Parking was right on site, charged $49/day which is to be expected in the city.
Disliked: Housekeeping only every second day. With 5 people in our room, garbages could have been emptied and toiletries at least checked on. This also wasn't made aware during booking or check in.Also our room faced the front entrance and all I could smell was smoke wafting up from the people smoking outside on the street. The windows were closed but I think it was coming in through the air con vents or something. it really affected my stay.
