Disliked: Can you imagine having two elevators broken at the same time for days we walked up 4 flights and were seniors with disabilities my wife has back and spine problems the staff were overwhelmed with this problem I’m still waiting for them to email my bill

Liked: SUITE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS NICE
Disliked: I had to call the front desk to have housekeeping to make the beds and get clean towels. That should have been automatic. Had we left to sightsee we would've come back to an unmade suite. It was pricey for a 2 day stay.

Liked: Nice selection for breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom was extremely dirty -toliet seat was disgusting and the corners of bathroom had dirt and hair built up .we booked the hotel for the pool -my sister is a stroke survivor but can not walk alone .we wanted the lift to be able to put her in the pool .it was broken and they offered us to go to their sister property and use the pool .After the long day of getting my sister in and out of the car -which we need to have 2 of us lift her in -we did not want to get in the car again .We braved getting her in the pool and she scraped her foot which was worse because she has diabetes .Did not feel very good that she could not totally enjoy herself .
