Liked: I like the cleanness and there was no animal smell, the breakfast was good and the atmosphere was just amazing. I will be visiting again because of the cleanliness of the room and the space we had even with our puppy. Even with us being on the fourth floor i cant complain and i was a little worried at first because with having to bring our puppy I just thought it would be a hassle but it wasnt. I have made this Hotel me and my family our new home for whenever we visit St. Marcus. I just want to Thank the whole Staff for making me and my family feel so welcome.
Disliked: The cleanness' and the comfort of the beds, the sheets was fresh and the mattress did not have that funky smell. And the bathroom was spotless.

Disliked: The pool wasn’t available - something about all the rain they’d had but I’d never heard of that before.

Liked: I liked it. The property was clean and the staff the check-in staff was very, very pleasant and very accommodating.
Disliked: When we got to our room, I needed to use the restroom. The door was locked. I was able to take a car key and unlock the door. Then in the evening when we went to clean up to go to bed, we stopped the bathroom sink to put water in the sink and when we went to unstop it that was broke so we ended up having to do all our personal hygiene things in the kitchen, brush, our teeth, wash our face, etc.

Liked: I liked how everything was really close by.
Disliked: I think they need to be way better on cleaning. I had found some food spilled on the hallway floor for the 2 days I was there. Like they never bothered on cleaning it up. In my room, it had some grey hairs around some areas(they weren't mine or my husband's hair since ours is black) with questionable stains. I didn't feel clean at the hotel that and after paying a good amount of money. I expected it to be at least cleaned. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

Disliked: Bedding did not fit the bed and when we requested it be replaced by housekeeping, they left a pile of new bedding for us to change the bed ourselves.
