Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Half of the toiletries were empty, no dish soap, a dirty towel from the previous person who stayed in the room. There was hair on the bathroom floor from previous renter and the shower was cleaned properly.

Disliked: 1. Better to check your receipt after the stay. This hotel charges more than what you booked, and they do not give you a clear explanation. I was charged $13 more than expected, then I called the hotel, they just repeated the numbers showed on the receipt, but did not tell me why.2. Cleanness. I wish I should take photos about the room. There were blood on the beddings and condom bag on the floor, which was really disgusting. I was traveling with my young kids, they found the trash on the floor and picked it up. This is really not acceptable at family friendly hotel. I am not sure if they really changed the beddings and cleaned the room after previous guest left.

Disliked: Information about parking payment was not on website and parking should free for guest.

Not what I expected and...

Liked: Hotel is near so many things and easy to get around, lobby and breakfast area was very clean
Disliked: Rooms are not as shown in pictures, breakfast was very simple. VERY upset that the person who parked next to me had his car broken into and all front desk could tell him was that they are not responsible. Yet we are paying for daily parking. I had to ask for more towels because they only gave us two and I had booked my stay as a family of 4.

Nice hotel, but more regular...

Liked: The location was good. The property was clean and looked well maintained.
Disliked: The house keeping which was meant to be every other day, but we got it on our third day and we were leaving the next day. The pool area wasn’t frequently checked because when it was busy, there was no towels available.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Couch in suite was peeling apart. When the pullout couch came out you could see that there was still stuff on the floor that hadn’t been picked up from previous stays. The sink in the bathroom continuously leaked and the it would not drain properly. The hallway had garbage that smelled near the working elevator. It was there when we checked in at night and there when we left for checkout.
