Friendly staff, especially the bartenders; room was very clean. Excellent experience. Will stay again!

Disliked: Room was tired, torn chairs etc. room wasn’t serviced each day and when it was we didn’t receive any top up of coffee until we phoned and asked. Shower gel dispenser in bathroom was empty from day one.

Liked: We opted for a “harbor view” which was well worth it. Close to all of our activities, restaurants and views. Loved it included breakfast and a Wednesday happy hour
Disliked: Wish it had room service but they did allow for food deliveries in the lobby

Disliked: WiFi was very spotty depending on where you were in the hotel. Often it didn’t recognize my name/ room to log in Breakfast needs more variety, it was the same exact time every day Room furniture was outdated The AC in my first room didn’t work, it was 76 degrees when I first arrived. I gave it some time to cool, but eventually I had to called the front desk. Maintenance came and check it, turned it off then back on and said give it an hour. I gave it more time, and the roomTemp never moved from 76. Maintenance came ha o and asked me to give it more time, I said no it’s been hours. So my room was moved and ac in the new room did work.
