Liked: The view from the room was amazing, I loved the modern design and the comfort of the rooms.
Disliked: The room appeared generally clean, but the carpet on the floor did not feel hygienic or properly cleaned. Additionally, the room had a very heavy and unpleasant smell, and it felt stuffy. Even turning on the fan didn’t help improve the air quality. The lack of a window for ventilation was a major disadvantage.

Humiliation, racial injustice, degradation

Liked: One of the Night Manager or a Arab or Italian looking guy security manager maybe acted up against me racially, and checked on me every time I utilized the smoking section outside and the front desk guy was replaced with another agent as I made friends with front desk gentleman and in morning of 31st 10:45am or so when checking out, every time I started speaking then exreamly loud music will play and area my family was sitting; the music was overly loud in that area!!!! Unacceptable!!! We were humialiated completely, a manager Rosie knows it but was giving excuses for the big boss Rude night Manager!! I don’t know how to express this humiliation!!! This place needs to fire such inhumane behavior and treating their guests on race!! My family and the whole community will hear this & for sure it will be a community boycott to such place ; who would like to tolerate such nonsense, such humiliation??
Disliked: Please fire that night manager on night of 30th May 2025, plz let me know if done so or not? With prof of pictures as to who was it, to ensure please

Clean, elegant, close to the...

Liked: We reserved the One Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds. The room was lovely, well appointed and sparkling clean. There was a full kitchen with microwave, stove-top, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and included dishes, pots and pans. There were two TV's with access to many great shows and apps. The queen beds were extremely comfortable. The reception desk was helpful and checking in was quick. The valets tried to be as helpful as possible, even though they were very busy on the holiday weekend.
Disliked: The pull-out sofa was not comfortable at all. It was probably suitable for a child or small person, since it was not very supportive and tipped to one end. The valet parking was 60 dollars a night, although to be fair I can see where parking is at a premium in that area due to the proximity to the beach. The hotel has an app which allows you to choose your room and check in early, but after doing that they were not able to keep that room for us and I still had to reserve it over the phone. I was especially concerned about room location after reading some reviews about the train noise that affects the rooms towards the back of the hotel, but we worked it out very satisfactorily. Likewise the app was supposed to allow for you to control the climate, etc. in the room but that functionality was not accessible.

Liked: Great location, and hotel amenities.Swimming pool was terrific for the family.
Disliked: Cost was higher than expected, however that’s really the only negative.
