You are near the airport...
Liked: breakfast that was included was great,many options to choose from. Our king studio Room was spacious and clean, loved the harbor-view. Beds were comfortable enough, pillows are an issue they are really flat . Location was excellent, walk-able to Little Italy for dinner. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: High fee for parking, sound of jets really loud until the no fly zone time of 1130pm to 630am. Wish the website mentioned that housekeeping was only every other day, that info was supplied by the front desk on a 1x2 inch piece of paper, I just stuffed in my bag, my fault for not noticing, I think it should be made much more event. Parking was steep at $55 per day, but that is standard for San Diego, there is no free parking in the area period.lots of construction still going on with the Terminal 1 expansion, lots of traffic

Wonderful stay !!
Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved our stay.
Disliked: The suite did not have the scrubber although the dish soap was there. The conditioner bottle was empty. They kind of ran out of breakfast on one day.

A nice place but would...
Liked: The property was in a nice location and the overall aesthetic was very nice. The only employee that was attentive was Fabian
Disliked: There were many issues since we first arrived. First we were unaware that it was valet parking only; $55 a night is pretty steep but it is what it is. When we got into our room it was extremely hot, it read at 76F. We turned on the AC and it started to cool down. Then the AC turned off and the temperature rose again. The TV remotes and outlets were also not working. Our signal was weak and we were informed they were getting updates on their wifi so we weren’t able to use our devices unless in the lobby. When we tried to use the pull out couch, it was dirty. We found a used spoon and trash inside the cushion. When trying to pull the bed out, one of us got cut by an exposed nail inside the side the sofa. We informed the manager and they wrote down our concerns and recorded the incident. The AC was checked twice and we were not moved from the room until the next day. With all the issues, we should’ve been moved the night before
