No breakfast as advertised
Liked: Very clean and spacious. Great space for a good value.
Disliked: Specifically booked this for the advertised breakfast included. Very disappointed to find out they had discontinued during Covid. Should have either offered room service breakfast or given vouchers for discounted breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

Disliked: The pic on your website are not what the hotel really is about. The tv channel did not work so I couldn?t let my five and two year old watch tv . The bathroom is a tight squeeze also .

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. The convenience to the hospital and good restaurants. The chairs were my favorite in both rooms.
Disliked: I didn?t like that I booked a two bedroom suit and didn?t get what I booked. The front desk clerk didn?t know what was going on and didn?t know what to do. Was given two suits next to each other. I wanted to spend time with my mom before her operation the next morning and instead had to go and come from room to room very very annoying. But they let us stay an hour after check out without charge so it makes up a little bit.

I usually love staying here,...
Liked: Location, first floor, easy access to car. Clean
Disliked: Power outage, hot. Door locks such as bathroom and bedroom not functioning. Pool closed

Liked: Great location. Breakfast to go was decent. Check in was nice and easy.
Disliked: Was charged $50 because they said there was some substance on some towels that couldn?t be washed so they discarded all towels from my stay, I was unaware of what could have been on them as we used those towels the majority of the stay. And got no notification of that policy nor was provided a receipt and the clerk seemed to have an attitude when I asked about the charge. And I currently still have pending charges on my card that should have been dropped off by now it?s been a week!
