Not recommended if you expect...

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was horrible, housekeeping left sheets piled up on floor instead of new ones. We arrived during a hail storm and security had their car under the overhang stood there and watched two women unload car did nothing to assist in any way, couldn't pull in under covering because they were there. And poor lighting outside at night. Bathroom door didn't lock and tub shower really needed a good cleaning and shampoo was empty.

Nice staff, hotel needs updating.

Liked: I liked that it had me situated with easy access to I-10, so I could get to Kerrville easily.
Disliked: It was loud and dated. It could use an update. My room’s air conditioner was replaced with a portable unit. Fortunately, I’m always cold, so it wasn’t a big problem (other than it looked trashy), but if I needed a cold room this wouldn’t have worked.

Liked: The staff was great, our room was really nice and clean, and the location was perfect.
Disliked: I do not have a negative comment about this Hotel or the services.

Amazing!

Liked: The staff, breakfast, and location were amazing. I particularly loves the suite we stayed in. It was like a little apartment. It felt like home away from home. Very impressed with the presence of home.
Disliked: There is nothing I did not like about our stay.
