Disliked: Room was not cleaned for 4 days. Stain in bathroom

Liked: Location is good. Usually stay at this location whenever in town. Rooms clean & comfortable
Disliked: Had to go out to get breakfast. Served refried beans without a choice of meat. Oatmeal very watery. Bag of health supplements was missing from table when returned to room, but noone has taken ownership. If housekeeping threw away just admit it

Liked: The location was really good between the Airport and the home I was visiting. There was an HEB close by which made it easy to grab some snacks. It was also close to downtown for a visit to the River Walk. The room and the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I am not a big breakfast eater but the breakfast was nice with the proverbial waffle machine. I would stay at this location when travelling to San Antonio again.
Disliked: There was some loud music at a neighboring hotel which was a little disturbing but then it began storming and that drowned out the sound of the music.

Liked: Good location, gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant & helpful, had to change rooms because A/C wasn't working, can't remember his name. Premises clean
Disliked: The breakfast one morning was horrible with the refried beans, no meat option & the oatmeal was very watery, other guest were disappointed as well. Had to leave & buy breakfast. The other morning breakfast was decent. Just need more variety each morning.maybe turkey bacon/sausage & pork. Years ago your breakfast & dinner was excellent. I believe housekeeping may have unintentionally discarded my bag of vitamins/supplements that were on the kitchen table. It was there when we left the room but noticed it was gone when returned. May have thought we checked out, starting cleaning room then realized they made mistake. If so I wish they would have admitted it when I asked or reimbursed me for the vitamins.
