We would like to stay...

Liked: We loved it, and they placed us in a perfect room.
Disliked: We were asked to leave early because of an incorrect checkout time, but the manager resolved the issue.

Liked: Functional and well equipped king suite.
Disliked: Pool was a little dirty -sine debris floating in the pool. Breakfast was decent but would have liked a full restaurant experience. Pantry had snacks and beverages but could have also had some toiletries and personal items for sale.

Very comfortable beds

Liked: The location and a very clean hotel
Disliked: For some odd reason the shower had a foul older that we had to purchase candles, also the key card quit working early in the morning. Several customers had issues returning to their room after breakfast.

NOT HAPPY!!!

Liked: Just the bed and pillows.
Disliked: People cooking and setting fire alarms! Freaking first time customers while they are sleeping and not notifying anyone. Also, after getting notification that your room is reserved they give your room to someone else. NOT NICE LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW or giving you a discount for doing that. On top of that they gave me a upgrade BUT the rooms were separate from my family after giving me notification the rooms were next to each other. Not good especially with the FIRE EVACUATION ALERT and being on the 5th floor with a bad back!!! They need to fix this situation. I DID. IT GET A DISCOUNT OR anything after all this. Will not go back!!
