Great stay with kids

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was a great sized room, we had the best check in lady overnight on our first night. We had to check in very late around 1am but she was so nice with us. The beds were decent, the pool was heated and super nice for the kids. The breakfast was super great. There was one kitchen lady she was very fair skinned and blonde hair thin lady, she had a pretty bad staring problem and she wasn’t very pleasant. But aside from that we had a great stay. Breakfast, location, hotel, everything was very nice and clean. Big property. But you do have to pay for parking 3.99 a day. This isn’t on the website I don’t think.

Disappointing at some things.

Liked: Nice location. Breakfast is great.
Disliked: Didn’t get the room we paid for. Instead of 2 queens, we got 1 king and a pull out couch. Ok, fine, but there weren’t any sheets, pillow, or blanket to put on it, and when I asked the front desk they had no pillows, one flat sheet and one down comforter but no cover for it. On Sunday we used the pool and there were no towels. Our room only had 3 bath towels, and I asked for some to 2 different staff members but they didn’t understand (language barrier) and no one was at the front desk (a family was waiting to check in for 20 minutes). Breakfast was awesome but a ton of people so we were waiting in line. The staff didn’t even wait for people to finish getting food, they were just removing the items when there were people trying to be patient. I got one piece of bread but by the time I got it toasted, they removed the butter, jam, peanut butter. So I got a half toasted piece of bread.
