Liked: The rooms are nice! Lots of space and clean.
Disliked: Granted, they are undergoing some renovation, we had a room on the second floor. There was so much noise above us (or below us??) when we checked in around 4pm. It sounded like people were dropping large furniture on the floor! After checking with the front desk twice about noise, it finally stopped around 7pm or so.

Disliked: I could not stay there even though I'd researched an airport hotel with parking, and this one looked like my best of less than a handful of options. I booked three months in advance for a very special family gathering in Los Angeles. When I arrived I was beyond upset to be told, matter of factly, and as if I was to blame, that I could not leave my car for an "extended stay". This meant apparently, that I could not leave my car beyond my night at the hotel, even though this is an airport shuttle hotel with "free parking" advertised. Also, the pool is inoperable. You (booking.com) did not inform me on your page about this. In fact, your page advertises parking for $10 per night and free shuttle. Somewhere deep down in the web is mention of construction, but this mention is so hidden I can't find it now. Hotel should be closed until construction is complete. I don't wish that type of distress I went through on anyone else. Were it not for a Sheraton across the way, and Meghan's eventual help to remedy the situation, I'd have been completely distraught. (Sure, the airport has a lot - in the hot sun and with limited space. I hear stories about people who missed their flight because they couldn't find parking at the airport. It's $15 per day, and Hilton was not going to compensate me in any way.)
