Nice amenities and service, but...

Liked: The hotel was clean, and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good- there was a change of meat selection to go with the scrambled eggs every morning of the week. We stayed in a spacious suite. It was nicely laid out.
Disliked: The mattress was terrible. Super hard. This will disqualify me from staying again, especially for a longer stay, as I can’t take waking up 10 times a night. I’m surprised with all the better amenities offered, the hotel would not do better on this most basic of comforts.

Disliked: Booked this hotel mainly for the pool but pool was closed and they did not inform us beforehand about this. We would have stayed closer to our destination if we were aware that this amenity that we paid for was unavailable and staff brushed it off.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff, hot breakfast, quiet rooms.
Disliked: The lighting in the suite was very dim and outdated except in the bathroom and kitchen. The whole decor was dark and dreary--grey and brown. The swimming pool, which we looked forward to using, had no showers or changing rooms--making it a no-go. Really too bad.
