I will not stay here...

Liked: The 2 queen bed suite with sofa bed was clean.
Disliked: During check-in, Melinda at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude when I asked for clarification about the hotel’s rules and regulations before signing. She informed me I had a king room for four guests, but when I mentioned I had booked a Queen suite for six, she snapped, admitted she made a mistake, and never apologized—continuing to talk over me instead.The next morning at breakfast, I cut into an everything bagel only to find it had mold. Needless to say, my family and I were very disappointed and chose to leave and have breakfast at a local diner instead.
