Liked: Family room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and a relaxing place to get a swim.
Disliked: There were no dairy free or gluten free alternative options at breakfast.

Liked: I loved the room size bed was relaxing will stay again without a doubt. My new go to hotel when visiting Rochester ny. Lots of restaurants walking distance.
Disliked: The parking was always full hard to find a spot. So I parked in handicap ♿️ couple of night was told to me the car wouldn't get towed and car was always there the next day.. loved this hotel A-1.

Disliked: The hotel "remodeled" the rooms with modern type furniture and additional changes and I'm not a fan of that type of furniture. No clock in the room but legitimate reason (people rely on cell phones). It is a very nice hotel and I have stayed there a number of times but I'm old and changes are a challenge. The staff is excellent also, The manager and I txted and he was very understanding and helpful. I have no doubt that I will continue to stay there as it is convenient and the service is excellent!
