The suites were quiet, comfortable...

Liked: Easy access to highways without highway noise. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The first floor entrance off the parking lot near the elevators closest to my room was accessible without a key card. In my opinion it should have been locked and accessible only by hotel guests with room cards.

Liked: The only thing that was nice about the property was the front desk associate Tyler and the over night manager Sean I think his name was. They were so kind and nice!
Disliked: The property was not clean, our family’s original room was extremely messy and furniture falling apart and sheets were stained and dirty and then our room was infested with bugs.

Disliked: The hotel was disgustingly dirty The pool and hot tub smelled horribly of urine the entire stay as well as the hallway smelled, our room had fake flower pedals in it I would assume left from maybe Valentine's Day but I would hope not and the water was cold three different occasions while trying to shower the tub was disgusting had soemthing yellow on it and when I tried to run water to clean it stuff was floating in the water

Liked: Good breakfast included in the price, kids loved the waffles. Very comfy main bed, pullout couch not so much. Room had a kitchen with oven, a big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, pots and plates, utensiles, perfect for a few days stay. Good location, in a quiet area, but close to mall and stores
Disliked: Room was not cleaned well, we found garbage on the floor from previous people. Room could use some update.
