We were only there for...

Liked: location and size of the room. Views from several windows.
Disliked: The room was filthy! We found food on the floor of the living area; in the bedroom we found a condom wrapper next to the bed. The walls and drapes had stains.

Very good

Liked: Beds were comfy, plenty of space in rooms. Parking was convenient.
Disliked: Hot water wasn't very plentiful, and we could never get it to work in the bathroom sink, didnt use the kitchen sink. Nightlights were still a little too bright.

Great location, Comfortable stay, but..

Liked: Great location next to Richmond Music Hall. Parking garage was convenient, but $25 a night. Old place with very nice updates. Great Pillows!
Disliked: They moved us from a King suite to a queen room, gave me free parking to make up for it, which should be free anyway. Fancy touch screen elevators that were finicky and confusing. Would stay again, but pricy for not getting the room I paid for.

Couldn’t have asked for a...

Liked: The only thing I would change was the food. The eggs had tons of water in them and the potatoes were soggy. The sausage was not cooked well. But everything else was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
