Nice but not as lovely...

Liked: Needs more variety The one in Austin varied the hot choices instead of same thing every day with scrambled eggs
Disliked: Breakfast hot choices And had to ask several times to get room cleaned. However Katie at check in desk went out of her way to type up list of recommended restaurants -above and beyond her job. All staff very friendly and helpful. Good beds.

My stay was great.

Liked: The front desk staff when I checked in and out were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. I had some issues with my room as well as the booking through the 3rd party… Kattie made sure she fixed all issues as well as accommodating my family due to the mishap.
Disliked: Next time I will book directly with Homewood Suites instead of the third party.
