Liked: Location was wonderful, the staff is great, room is clean.
Disliked: The pullout couch was uncomfortable but still manageable.

Liked: I love the location, the professionalism, the breakfast in the morning, the happy hour, and the comfortable atmosphere.
Disliked: There were some young men smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

Disliked: A/C was very loud, sounded like you were in a wind tunnel.

Liked: Needs more variety The one in Austin varied the hot choices instead of same thing every day with scrambled eggs
Disliked: Breakfast hot choices And had to ask several times to get room cleaned. However Katie at check in desk went out of her way to type up list of recommended restaurants -above and beyond her job. All staff very friendly and helpful. Good beds.

Disliked: Housekeeping didn't come and "tidy" up room. Need more dimming lights.
