Excellent place to stay

Liked: Great location next to the river and restaurants and a big and well equipped room.
Disliked: There was a humming noice coming from the laundry dryer, which would have disturbed had I been in the room during the day.

Liked: The breakfast and variety of breakfast items was excellent. The staff was superb.
Disliked: There was an issue between the hotel not having our reservation which we made through Booking.com. This caused a minor issue which was accommodated to the best of the hotel's ability. We had asked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen.

Liked: When I go to Tri-Cities this is the hotel of my choice. I enjoy the cleanliness, the staff, and the breakfast is good. The view of the river is also very relaxing! The hotel is also conveniently located and easy to get to the freeways.

Disliked: There isn't really anything we don't like, but would love to see if maybe dinner nightly could be an option in the future. Either complementary or even at a charge.

Disliked: Change the curtains, the lights from outside was in my face and couldn?t sleep all night. The curtains do not close.
