Great accommodations, breakfast not so...

Liked: Breakfast was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people needing to eat and have coffee. They ran out of hot food and coffee. The room it was served in was too small.

It's a great place and...

Liked: Location was close to the convention center where we were for 3 days, so that was great. Restaurants all around us. We really liked the hotel. Liked the layout of the suite with the kitchen. The lobby was great as well. Had a great gym, but we didn't use it.Really cool elevators.Room was quiet as far as the goings-on in the hotel. However, it is across the street from the police station, so sirens went off a bit. But for the most part they weren't an issue. The A/C was a little odd. Never could figure out how to really regulate it, and it was quite noisy. It's a wall unit by the window, but when you push any button, it says to use the controls on the wall. Even when we turned it completely off, there was always a fan going on in the unit. Never could figure out why. Not really an issue though.Lots of options for breakfast.
Disliked: The breakfast was so-so. Quite a few options, which was great. Eggs and potatoes not very warm and definitely needed salt.We stayed 5 nights, but housekeeping only came once, even though it said they would come every other day. They didn't replace everything, so we had to call to get more towels and toilet paper.

Really comfortable with mild annoyances

Liked: Nice restaurants that met a variety of dietary restrictions, room was comfortable, and easy to access HDMI for our own media
Disliked: Too many lights in the room! Flashing smoke detector blinking at you all night, red light on the stove with no way to turn it off. Also, no safe and no extra blanket.

$1,230 for a 1 night...

Liked: I loved everything visually, comfortable, clean, and wonderful location.
Disliked: The staff are not very personal. There was one man at the Frontdesk in the evenings that was extremely sweet. At check in they told me booking.com cancelled my reservation even though I called the hotel and told them to keep the room for us cause we were late getting in. Then they had me rebook a reservation, waited 2 hours. After all that, they told booking.com not to give me a refund for the first booking. So I’m out $1,230 for 1 night stay here.

Disappointing for the money. Not...

Liked: Beautiful updated and modern facility. Well decorated room with high end finishes. Comfortable mattress.
Disliked: The room wasn't properly cleaned and there was trash overflowing under the kitchen sink and hair in the shower and bathroom sink. It was a nice facility but for the money I would expect it to be clean and garbage free. The view overlooked a bell bonds building with graffiti all over and homeless people sleeping in the back.
