Ideal base for exploring Providence

Liked: This was a perfect base for our stay in Providence. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing-- great stay.

Great location and relatively good...

Liked: The room was very spacious and well furnished. The bed was large, and we liked the fact that the sink and mirror were separate from the bathroom with toilet and shower. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the station and is walking distance to Brown and RISD.
Disliked: The staff was uninterested and not very friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. A card in the room said that our room would be cleaned every other day, but we stayed for 5 nights and it was only cleaned once.

Disliked: I wish they didn't use plastic silverware, the dishes and cups were glass, Plastic is so bad for the environment

Liked: I love the staff being so helpful during the check in and also how the hotel is centered and made easy for me and my mom during the stay. valet parking is also very convenient and helpful.
