Rubbish. Don’t make a reservation...

Liked: Don’t make a reservation at this hotel. It is being renovated and it resembles a construction zone more than a hotel. The water was also turned off! The hotel staff were curt and unhelpful. One would expect some form of compensation to encourage customers to stay in a sub-standard situation. Non was offered, just a simple ‘too bad for you’ attitude. We cancelled our reservation and had a lovely stay at the Marriott down the road.

Liked: The breakfast options are decent.The check-in process was not so pleasant even though I booked in advance and paid for it, they still couldn't find my reservation and made me wait.I'm not complaining about the wait time but it was unpleasant to stand there as if I really did not pay and I was asked to show my payment receipt.There was some glitch between Booking.com and the hotel I guess.
Disliked: The stay was pleasant however the shower was all leaking into the restroom which was not so hygienic.Apart from that everything was good.

Disliked: Shampoo was watered, ask for more and they only gave me a small container until next morning. Asked cleaning lady and she said they were out of it
