Exceptional

Liked: Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill was better than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The room had extra amenities that are not normally included. The room was very quiet, and the curtains kept the room dark when the sun came up.

Liked: Clean and in a beautiful location.
Disliked: Had a lot of breakfast options but the cooked food wasn’t that great.

My stay was comfortable, clean...

Liked: Friendly and easy check in, very clean, didn't have a hotel odor that you get in some places, electric vehicle charging station, breakfast was great. Staff helpfull.
Disliked: Didn't like that I had to pay for parking.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The desk person was very amiable.
Disliked: I was shocked to see lots of little maintenance projects that had not been addressed: wall coverings pulling away from the wall, some sort of cleaning solution on one of the pictures, etc. The bottom sheet on the bed had not been put on properly and popped off when I sat on it. I went to get some fresh fruit for breakfast, and the apples were shriveled and soft inside.
