Liked: Location, breakfast and room were great! Liked that it had a pool.
Disliked: unlisted fees: I got charged for parking per day even though it was included on the booking. This has not been resolved.Need more pool chairs and need to put out towels more frequently, was extremely hot and one women had to lay on the hot ground due to no chair but there was plenty of room for more. No towels out by pool in summer.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. The kitchen team gave us different choices on our stay.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like is that at my request during my booking, I asked for family to stay on same floor. The front desk at arrival said he was unable to do such.

Horrible rooms

Disliked: There were used soap and ants in one room I called down after 10mins they answered and they said they will send someone in the morning… I had to ask for a room change had to pack all my stuff and walk down stairs get down there and they said I have to find you a room get the key after a while mind you it’s like midnight only to get yo the other room to take a shower and the tile in the shower fell and hit my foot no compensation just a “oh you had a rough night”

Liked: Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill was better than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The room had extra amenities that are not normally included. The room was very quiet, and the curtains kept the room dark when the sun came up.
