Liked: Property was clean. The staff were very nice. It was conveniently located. The pool was a bit small but it was nice and clean. The room was big, clean, and had a full size fridge. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. The couch was also uncomfortable. There was a desk chair that was comfortable but badly roughed up. It’s too bad the bed and couch weren’t comfortable because otherwise the hotel was nice. But when staying in a hotel I want a comfortable bed and place to sit.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: We were locked out of our room the entire stay.The night shift manager was not efficient or knowledgeable on how to help.

Liked: Breakfast and room size were good. The value of the money spent was accetable.
Disliked: The bathroom and sink were not completely clean prior to entering the room. The covers on the bed were a little dirty. The bed was too soft, not very comfortable.

Disliked: . The guy who. Checked me in was super agitated with any questions I asked.

Annoying and the staff blamed...

Disliked: It was mis-sold. There isnt a restaurant and the bar is only open on a Wednesday. I expected both and my main reason for booking there was for the convenience of an onsite restaurant. I don't know the area, I am tourist without a car and I didn't want to walk out in a strange area.

Would not stay there again.

Liked: Free parking at the hotel.
Disliked: The staff, the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
