Disappointed, lost jewelry

Liked: Great room Great kitchen, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff
Disliked: I left my jewelry satchel in the room, my mistake, but it never got reported to lost and found by housekeeping. VERY DISAPPOINTED, lost many of my favorite pieces, can't be replaced...

Liked: Cleanliness swimming pool was clean. Rooms are large (family of 5). We were comfortable.
Disliked: Check in did not go well. They could not find our reservation when we arrived due to an employee from a earlier shift checking us in. When they did locate it and we finally went up to our room, there was a family already in there. Very unsafe on the hotel’s part! Other than that it was a good clean hotel.

Disliked: Could use a few more luggage carriers for guest
