Very good

Liked: The room was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed the sitting area and spacious feel of the unit. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety of foods. Once in the room, it was a restful place after a day of travel.
Disliked: The late-evening front desk attendant was not welcoming or helpful. I had to specifically ask her for our room number and directions on how to locate it in the large hotel. Access to the room was a very long walk, and elevators were slow; it was difficult with baggage for us with mobility issues. We did not request handicap accommodations but noted this room was designated as handicap accessible. The room itself would meet ADA requirements, but I can't imagine this long walk or lack of assistance for someone who had requested this type of room. I expected more from this hotel.

Superb

Liked: Perfect. Great breakfast selection.
Disliked: Outside door next to our room did not close securely. It was brought to receptionist’s attention who put in a work order for inspection/repair.

Outdated old

Liked: I like it was spacious
Disliked: It's old and outdated Cracks all over the walls TV is so old, no youtube in the tvs The pool was not warm at all It's was really cold.The dressers were broken The ac was so loud and noisy at night

Liked: Smells amazing in the hallways.Kitchen was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The curtains had crusty stuff stuck on them.The dark couch had some white stains.

Disliked: Like most sofa beds… not very comfortable. Not expecting a top notch mattress but I could really feel the springs. More than most I have ever slept on previously.
