Liked: Dining area was clean n nice, but is way too plain, and needing a more warm n inviting decor appeal.
Disliked: Although breakfast was appreciated, it definitely is needing an upgrading in ,"quality" of food being served. For Example. Please offer a few more fruit choices, instead of a plain bowl of hard-core apples. Appreciate the turkey sausage, but noticed it as a meat was the only meat served and only available on weekend. Need to serve a breakfast meat, beyond the weekend, for those of us that are still here on Monday's, including some people just starting their work week.Need to provide a blanket in the rooms. and amixture of firm n soft pillows.

Liked: Was clean by appearance.
Disliked: I requested 2 beds ended up with one bed and a pullout couch in which no sheet blanket or pillows were given for. Tried to call down to customer relations multiple times and got no answer. The carpet was nasty and stained up. Once the couch bed was pulled out the room became very small with not enough space to walk around to the kitchen.

Liked: The rooms, the suite was an excellent size for my family of 5.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting. Expected more of a variety.

Blood on bed, ac did...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Blood all over bedding, ac did not work properly and shook the entire room, the room never cooled down it was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. Trash on floor, could tell the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff didn’t care. We told them about the blood all over the bed and they provided us with a sheet, no pillows at all no blanket to sleep with. We were told there was a full breakfast in the morning, but it was literally toast, apples, oatmeal, and water down orange juice. There were no eggs, no waffles, nothing hot at all. There was hair on the bathroom floor, a used razor in shower, something running down the wall by the bedside lamp.. it was DISGUSTING!!!
